Nathan Pace is the managing partner of Pace & Hughes, LLC and founded the firm in 1993. He received his undergraduate degree from Brigham Young University in 1990, and graduated from the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University in 1993. His practice emphasis is civil and criminal litigation. Nathan has done extensive post-graduate training in mediation and conflict resolution methods. His preferred case management practice emphasizes a solution-based conflict resolution model. He is a frequent guest speaker at regularly performs seminars on the subjects of conflict resolution, ethics in law, honor in advocacy, and law office management. Nathan has been a barrister with the Rex E. Lee chapter of the American Inns of Court since 1999. He currently serves as a City Council Member on the Kaysville City Council and his responsibilities there include business and economic development, parks and recreation, and cemeteries. He is also an active member on the Board of Bar Examiners for the Utah State Bar, and he has served as a Judge Pro Tempore for the Third District Court's Small Claims Department since 1994. He lived for two years in Spain, is fluent in Spanish, and maintains an active Spanish-speaking clientele. Nathan is married to Margaret Watson Pace, is the father of five children with the 6th expected in three weeks, two cats, a dog, and several horses, and resides happily in Kaysville, Utah.
